Having been through this process over a forty year period and the need in ensuring that your investment is maintained at it’s optimum level, we provide mentoring services to allow your staff to engage on matters learnt, but not as yet experienced within their study of area.subject at any given point.

The mentoring will review subject matters they are learning weekly, then expand and focus on these subjects, to ensure each staff member clearly understands the module during the duration of their study. Real examples will be provided to enable each candidate to digest the information being taught to them. This not only promotes a status of clear understanding, but helps trainee/graduates/managers with their course and exam grades and prepares them for the time when their studies have finished, allowing them to implement these immediatley when they go back full time within your business.

From a existing management role perspective, whatever stage the employee is at in their career, our experience and services assist with providing real life case studies to provide help and guidance in understanding, and fast tracking their career within your business. This will prepare each candidate to operate at the level they are being trained for immediately, preventing the need to put them temporarily in a more junior role once they have completed their training programme

These services can be provided on a one to one basis, in a live project/office environment, or on a scheduled weekly teams call. We are flexible on what best suits each clients requirements.
