In 2021, updates to a minimum Energy Efficiency Standards were also announced, planning to make changes to landlords and rentals.

We offer a full inspection and certification process, along with recommendation reports on improvements required to meet the required standards and then certification.

These services are provided for domestic and commercial premises. Our DEA and NDEA inspectors have substantial experience in construction and are therefore best place to advise on improvement works required to meet the minimum standards.

We can also manage a plan for each property setting out improvements to meet each clients standards requirements and then manage the improvement works on a Project management basis.
