Following an initial client briefing meeting, we will draw up a project execution plan and work with our clients to provide management resource and support to execute the plan, or assistance with each client to manage the plan through each stage of the development process.

This includes taking each client through the programming, budgeting, pre-planning, planning, design and consultant liaison, procurement and a professional team to advise/delver each project for you.
